An Easy Meditation

DEEP BREATHS - Gentle Reminder - Put on some peaceful, healing music.  New age and ambien works wonders. 

Ttake Three deep breaths every day! In and out to the count of 4. Four breaths in through your nose and 4 breaths out through your mouth.  Stay quiet and think about the word peace. When your mind wanders away, think about the word peace again as a mantra.  Try to stay in the moment. This relaxes your mind and your lowers your blood pressure.  Meditation give you and overall feeling of PEACE.

Abundance

The universe is abundant. It is important to understand that as a divine child of God, It is your birthright to have support, love and comfort on the earth plane.

Creating Money by Sanya Roman and Duane Packer is the best book I have encountered about creating abundance.
