After the Holy Spirit meditation, I had a dream that I was in another realm. I dreamt I was in a red robe and part of a group that incarnated onto Earth to live out different scenarios. Then we would all meet back to discuss what we had learned from the experiences. I was able to move objects with my hands and I was able to heal and remove negative energy from people in the group, like an energy healing. The meditation was so powerful and having the dream was especially interesting since I don’t usually remember my dreams, but I could remember every detail of this one.

The reiki felt very clear and straightforward if that makes sense. Nurturing but not at all invasive. I felt waves of very lovely golden energy coming from above, maybe through my crown or third eye, and then a very cooling and strengthening energy moving upward through my lower and middle body. At the very end, I discovered some "rocks" behind my heart space/ chest center? like a row of little craggy boulders? I've been mining some deep stuff lately related to family and inheritance that I think has been residual in my body, which was why I contacted you. I feel like it was very helpful. Carolyn is an amazing healer. I am so grateful for her energy work. My father was hospitalized for interstitial pneumonia in Japan suddenly, and he was in a critical stage for his life. His lung suffered permanent damage from calcification. All of this happened very suddenly. Due to the pandemic, we were not allowed to see him. This was so difficult for us, and we were so worried. He was on oxygen support for weeks. I asked Carolyn to do distance healing work weekly for my father for two months. He actually started to recover, and now he is home. Thank you for all you have done to help me. There are so many blessings you have bestowed upon me and I’ll try to list them all here:
1. Your group meditations have helped me to have more peace of mind, focus on my goals, manifesting my goals and significantly reduce stress
2. Your six week class helped me to unlock my intuitive power within. I’ve become more alert to signs, symbols and messages I am receiving. I have been able to refocus my time and energy away from worry and towards hope, healing and manifesting abundance. For example, my work goal is to have 3-4 opportunities a month, in early January I had one, but I stayed focused on the goal and on January 29th, I received 3 more opportunities.

4. In the past 15 or so years, you have helped me heal after a couple of miscarriages and through 2 very healthy pregnancies. Overall, you are a miracle in my life and I am so glad to have you in it! I have been feeling anxious all week. After Carolyn's meditation, the anxiety went away and I gained a different perspective on the week and my emotions felt calmer. Going through two surgeries to replace both of my hips within three months left me with a lot of residual pain and tightness. Put bluntly, I was miserable and unable to comfortably walk very far. The pain was keeping me from doing all of my required exercises to recover. Being in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic added to my challenge.
